In the state of Ohio, abortion is legal up until 20 weeks after fertilization, which is equivalent to approximately 22 weeks after the first day of the woman’s most recent normal menstrual period, with the exception of the city of Lebanon, Ohio, which has a local ordinance that bans abortion at any stage of pregnancy. In Lebanon, abortion is illegal at any time during a woman’s pregnancy.
